Who I am

This site belongs to Lindsay Lyon, REALTOR®, a real estate broker (Oregon License #201257378) with Stellar Realty Northwest, 109 NW Greenwood Ave #105, Bend, OR 97703.

What I collect

• Contact form: your name, email, phone number if you add it, and your message.
• Guide downloads (Relocation Guide, Bend Schools guide): your name and email.
• Site visits: basic, anonymous visit statistics collected by WordPress.com, such as pages viewed and general location.

Why I collect it

• To answer your questions and help with your move, purchase or sale.
• To send the guide you asked for.
• To send occasional emails about Bend real estate, if you confirm you want them.

Where it goes

When you send a form, your details go to:

• My email inbox.
• My client records (BoldTrail), so I can follow up with you.
• My email list (Flodesk). You will get a confirmation email first. Nothing else is sent unless you confirm.

Zapier, a connection tool, moves your details between these services. Each of these companies keeps your information under its own privacy policy.

What I never do

I never sell or rent your personal information.

Cookies and other sites

WordPress.com, which hosts this site, uses cookies to run it and to count visits. Videos on this site play from YouTube, which may set its own cookies when you play one. The “Home Search” link opens a listing search on a separate website, which has its own privacy policy.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link at the bottom of every email.
• Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing lindsaylyonrealestate@gmail.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
